Chair Yoga (1 hour): We will explore chair-based yoga poses for strength and mobility. Rest poses are offered throughout and may be taken at any time! We will also explore standing postures for strength and balance. The chair is used for support while standing. Great for people with wrist or knee issues or those who do not want to get on the ground.
Mat Yoga (1 hour): We will explore basic/beginner yoga poses. Rest poses are offered throughout and may be taken at any time! (Participants should feel comfortable getting on and off the ground).
